ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract position in the Glendale, AZ area. This role is critical for the 2023-2024 school year and involves providing specialized nursing support to a 5th-grade student during their bus commute to and from school.

Position Details:

• Full-Time position
• Accompanying a 5th-grade student on the bus to and from school
• Responsibilities include tracheotomy support, suctioning as needed, monitoring oxygen saturation levels, and providing nursing interventions as per the student's health care plan

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience with tracheotomy support and monitoring
• Availability for Full-Time employment
