ProCare Therapy is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide specialized 1:1 medical support to a middle school student in the Windsor, CA area for the 2023-2024 school year. If you are a dedicated LVN with experience in providing individualized care to students, we encourage you to apply.

Job Details:

  • Position: School Nurse - 1:1 Support (Middle School)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 2024
  • Hours: 35-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Responsibilities: Providing specialized medical support and care to a middle school student, including bus riding to and from school

Pay Range: $37 - $42 per hour (dependent on experience, credentials, and budget)

Requirements:

  • Valid California LVN license
  • Experience in providing 1:1 medical support to students, preferably in a school setting
  • Ability to manage the medical needs of a middle school student in a caring and responsible manner
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
