Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) for a part-time role within school districts in the Madison, GA area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct medical care to students, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions.
  • Assist with specialized medical procedures, including tracheostomy care and suctioning.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
  • May be required to ride the bus with students who have complex medical needs to ensure safety during transport.
  • Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics as needed.

    Special Requirements: 

  • Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Trach experience, with the ability to provide care for students with tracheostomies.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Completion of a thorough background check as required by school district and state guidelines.
  • Prior experience working with children or students in a healthcare or school setting is highly preferred.

    Renewals for the next school year are based on performance.
