 Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician Opportunity in California. 

Sunbelt Staffing is working closely with a school district near the Pleasanton, California area and is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician. This is a full-time role requiring a skilled professional to deliver individualized behavior intervention strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to support the student in meeting goals.
  • Collaborate with classroom staff to implement strategies aligned with educational objectives.
  • Collect and document data to monitor the student’s progress.
  • Support the student in managing emotions, developing skills, and engaging positively with peers.

    Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification and California credentials.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
