ProCare Therapy is assisting a local school district in San Jose, CA seeking qualified candidates for a school-based nursing position for the upcoming school year. An overview of the job qualifications, details, and application process can be seen below.

Job Information:

• Full time 37.5hrs/week
  • Schedule:
    • Student is picked up at 7:30am. It is advisable to arrive at 6:15 am to get a parking space.
    • Student is done with school at 2 pm. Student arrives back at 2:30-2:45 pm.
• Caseload:
  • 1:1 with an elementary kiddo
  • Has the following medical procedures: G-tube feeding/decompression, stoma patency, trach suctioning, emergency oxygen, emergency trach replacement and bagging. Is mobile and uses a wheelchair for transportation
