13-Week Contract for Home Health RN in Louisville, KY

Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews with qualified Home Health RNs for a 13 week contract located in Louisville, Kentucky. Explore the home of the Kentucky Derby after spending your days taking care of patients in need of care and compassion.

The selected Home Health RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 13 weeks
• 25-30 units weekly
• On call and occasional weekends possible
• OASIS experience required

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience required
• Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
• Current Kentucky RN license required
• Current BLS (AHA) or willingness to obtain
• OASIS experience required - 24-48 hour turnaround
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
