Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a school setting
• Craft and implement individualized nursing care plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patients receive holistic care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for seamless continuity of care
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Perform skilled nursing procedures as required

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of one year of RN experience in a school setting
