Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Keyser, West Virginia

Keyser, WV is looking for an Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is responsible for a variety of tasks in a Long Term Care environment. The Nurse would be able to supervise CNAs and work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Physician for direct patient care.

Job Details:

• Medication Administration
• Patient observation
• Communication with patients and family members
• Charting

Assignment Details: 

• Full time hours each week
  • Various shifts available - Evenings and Nights - 8 hour shifts
  • 6 - 8 week assignment with options for extending
• 1 year of prior experience required.

Educational Requirements

• Active LPN License - State of West Virginia (or compact)
• Current BLS Certificate by AHA
• WV Cares Program is required
