We are currently looking for an experienced and certified LVN for a full time school position to start immediately and go the remainder of the year. Details 

• Wheatland, California 
• Full Time 
• ASAP - End of the School Year 
  • Including 4 weeks of Extended School Year during the summer
• 1:1 Caseload with a 14 year old male student, bus riding to and from school.
  • Will be with student all day during school
  • Trach and feeding tube
• Interviewing ASAP 

Requirements

• Experience with Trach and feeding tube
• Must hold State of California  LVN Certification
