Title: Cath Lab Nurse Travel Job in New Brunswick, NJ - 8 Weeks

Shift: 10a-10:30p with On-Call Requirements

Job Description:
Are you a skilled Cath Lab Nurse ready for an exciting 8-week travel assignment in beautiful New Brunswick, NJ? We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, supporting our staff during an active workforce disruption. If you have 1+ years of Cath lab or critical care experience, scrub experience, and hold BLS and ACLS certifications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Provide care during high-risk PCI-rotational & laser atherectomy procedures
- Manage mechanical ventilation and conscious sedation
- Utilize skills such as Tele, mod sedation, IABP, iv impella (a plus), post-procedure management, and Cath lab (circulating, sheath removal)
- Maintain patient ratios at 3:1 in the Cath lab and holding area, adjusting for acuity (IABP, Impella)
- Demonstrate proficiency in IV starts and continuous monitoring of procedures, vitals, and hemodynamics
- Collaborate with surgeons in structural heart procedures, actively participating and documenting during surgeries
- Perform a variety of procedures including Cath, PCI, Stent, and Pre/Post Care
- Utilize the EPIC charting system for accurate record-keeping

Qualifications:
- Active NJ Nursing License
- 1+ years of Cath lab or critical care experience
- Scrub Experience Required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Structural Heart experience
- Ability to work on-call shifts every 2-3 weeks
- Familiarity with cath lab equipment and technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
