With students’ needs becoming increasingly individualized, the demand for school professionals is at an all-time high. And the demands placed on school professionals are also greater than ever.

Job Type: Contract Certified School Nurse

• Full Time: 20 hours/week
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am -12:00 pm
• Summer School Nurse
• Start: June 20th - July 14th, 2023
• MUST have California Certified School Nurse Credential (CSN)
• General School Nurse
• Nurse will be based in school's health office
• Responsibilities may include: diabetic care, asthma care, medication administration, following health care plans, etc.
• More details of caseload and health care plan will be discussed on an interview with the Director of Pupil Services

Requirements:

• Active RN license in California
• California Certified School Nurse Credential (CSN)
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous school nursing or pediatric experience is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
