Sunbelt staffing is hiring for a Surgical Technician in Owosso, MI. If you are looking for a new opportunity, Sunbelt is seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of OR experience for this 13 week position. This is a great chance for any Surgical Technician seeking travel experience.
Job description/ requirements:

• Position requirements include, performing basic duties of a surgical technologist.  
• Sterilize equipment and make sure that there are adequate supplies for surgery.
• Ready patients for surgery, such as by washing and disinfecting incision sites. 
• Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies.
• Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA)
• NBSTSA

Assignment:

• 13 weeks
• Shift: Day 3x12s 
• Call/Weekend: Weekend call available

Additional info: 

• General, GYN, Urology, and Ortho experience
