Chicago, IL - Travel - Operating Room Nurse - 13 Weeks - Days - 40 Hours - No Call

Position: Registered Nurse

Unit: Operating Room

Location: Chicago, Illinois

There is a facility in south Chicago actively interviewing for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending. • 40 hours per week
  • 5x8 hour shifts
• Possible extension based on performance
• Electronic Charting
• No Call

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
• BLS
• Illinois Required RN License

Required for Interview:

• Current Professional Resume
• Clinical References
• 2 recent years of experience on the unit
  • General, Orhto, Endoscopy and Urology Cases

Job Duties

• Monitor patient under sedation
• Communicate patient needs with O.R Team
• Electronically document procedure
• Maintain an organized and sterile work area
