Contract Assignment Registered Nurse Home Health Opportunity Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Hiring - Sunbelt Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding local/travel Home Health position in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health, along with proficiency in Oasis and Homecare/Homebase, we want to hear from you!

**Requirements:**

- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health
- Proficiency in Oasis assessments and Homecare/Homebase documentation
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide comprehensive patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS certification (required)

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs
- Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patients' progress, responses to interventions, and any changes in condition
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery
- Utilize Oasis assessments and Homecare/Homebase software for accurate and timely documentation

**Contract Details:**

- Contract type: Local/Travel assignment
- Duration: To be determined
- Shifts: Vary based on facility needs
- Hours per week: 40 hours (full-time)
