We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Birthing Doula to join a respected birth support team on a contract basis near Denver, CO. If you’re passionate about empowering families and creating a calm, supportive birth environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuous, non-medical emotional and physical support throughout labor and delivery

  • Conduct prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences and prepare for the birthing experience

  • Assist with comfort techniques such as breathing, positioning, massage, and relaxation

  • Support both the birthing individual and their partner/family

  • Offer brief postpartum support and help with initial newborn bonding

    Qualifications:

  • Certified Doula (DONA, CAPPA, or equivalent preferred)

  • Prior experience attending births in hospitals, birthing centers, or home settings

  • Flexible, on-call availability

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Empathetic and calm presence under pressure
