Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.

- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and disease management.
- Monitor patients' progress and update care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health or a related field.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Oasis documentation and electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
