Contract Home Health Travel RN assignment in Middleburg Heights, Ohio

HIRING - Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Position in Sunbelt is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. You will need an active RN License in Ohio to be considered for this position. The ideal candidate must have experience with SOC s, Oasis, and Homecare Homebase.

Job Requirements:

• State of Ohio Registered Nursing License
• 1-2 years of Home Health experience
• American Heart Association BLS
• 24-hour Oasis documentation turnaround
• Homecare Homebase experience (1-year)
• Starts of care experience (1-year)

Contract Details:

• 13-week RN nursing contract
• 40 hours
• Day Shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday-Friday
