Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 13-week contract in Washington, D.C. This position involves providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes, with responsibilities including OASIS documentation and using Homecare Homebase. Ideal for nurses with a passion for patient-centered care and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs

Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and more

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and care plans Qualifications:

Active RN license

Proficiency with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required

At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass Joint Commission background check, drug screen, and onboarding requirements

Locals and travelers both accepted
