Contract LPN - Home Health - Bedford, TX

We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for a Home Health LPN role in Bedford, TX, for a 26-week contract. Responsibilities include patient grooming, vital sign monitoring, performing EKGs, and maintaining accurate charting documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient grooming
• Monitor vital signs
• Conduct EKGs
• Maintain accurate charting documentation
• Utilize portal communications
• Schedule patient appointments

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Availability for a 26-week contract
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license

Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00a-4:00p
