Our direct client in Mt. Airy, NC has an 8 week long contract open for a MDS Coordinator to work Mon-Fri for 36 hours guaranteed each week. Can work up to 40 hours. 

Facility has around 120 beds. 

Job Description: 

  • Contract 
  • Interview patients 
  • MDS in the office 
  • Be flexible to the facility's needs 

Must have NC or Compact RN license, BLS, and 2 years MDS experience to be considered.
