• Wound Care experience / IVs/Ports/Trachs/Foley Catheters and being comfortable in the field traveling to patients’ homes.
• Skilled Nursing Visits/ Admissions/ Starts of Care Experience.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of Home Health Experience
• Homecare Homebase experience
• Oasis D experience or at least Oasis
• BLS Certified
• Wound Care experience
• Comfortable traveling to patients’ homes
