Contract School-Based LPN Position - Near Puyallup, WA

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to students, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.

Collaborate closely with teachers and other school staff to ensure the health and well-being of students with medical needs.

Monitor and assess student health conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate parties.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for students, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as necessary.
