Contract School Nurse (LPN) - Full Time - Milpitas, CA

A local school in the Milpitas, CA area has a full time opening for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). This is health room position supporting 4 to 5 schools for all ages K-8th. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel in between schools. This position is Monday through Friday during school hours.

School LPN Job Details:

• Pre-K-8th grade assigned by each school, and LVN will be at 4-5 schools within the district.
• Taking vitals/assessing illnesses
• Medication Administration
• Wound care/triage
• Assisting in vision and hearing screenings
• Immunization tracking
• Contacting parents and IEP Meetings

School Nurse Job Qualifications (Required):

• California State LVN License
