Contract School Nurse, Oak Park IL

Calling on RNs based near Oak Park, IL! Soliant is working with a local school district and seeking a licensed RN to assist the school community for the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking students to address their health needs
• Supporting students who are showing symptoms
• Implement health plans or protocols provided by District administrators
• Follow-up with student caregivers
• Maintain records for immunizations and physical examinations
• Conduct regular CoVID screenings

Licenses and certifications:

• Illinois RN license or
• Certified School Nurse credential
