Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Call Required: Some call required, details discussed during interview

Essential Functions

• Collect and analyze data to determine diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized plans.
• Implement plans, coordinate care, and promote health and safety.
• Delegate elements of care as needed.
• Evaluate progress and practice in a culturally diverse and inclusive manner.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with healthcare consumers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership and seek knowledge and competence.
• Integrate evidence and research findings into practice.
• Contribute to quality nursing practice and evaluate own and others' practice.
• Utilize appropriate resources for evidence-based nursing services.
• Practice ethically and promote shared governance.
• Maintain environmental safety and health.
• Perform physically demanding tasks and respond quickly to changes in patient and unit conditions.

Skills

• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status (AHA).
• Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of work and residence.
• For National License Compact (NLC) state residents, meet licensure requirements in the home state.
• Non-National License Compact state residents must have a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where they work.

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS - AHA
• RN
