Job Description:

1. Contract for the 24/25 school year
2. 35 hours/week
   1. M-F, 7:30am-2:30pm
3. Caseload
   1. 1:1 support for a kindergarten student
   2. Needs support from home, on the bus, to school and back
   3. Trach suctioning, help with walking, g-tube placement if needed
   4. Manage seizure activity which may require use of an Ambu bag
4. Pay Range: $37/hr - $42/hr

Requirements:

1. Candidate must be a Registered Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oregon
