Shifts: 3 12-hour shifts, Days
Experience: Strong experience in Trauma required

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Montgomery, Alabama. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to surgical procedures in a variety of specialties, including trauma, general, ortho, spine, total joint, gynecology, vascular, endoscopy, urology, robotics (both general and neuro), plastics, breasts, eyes, and open heart.

Qualifications:

• Trauma experience is a requirement.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is mandatory.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI.
• Ability to work 3 12-hour shifts, days, with weekend rotation.
• On-call duty required: 1 day a week, 1 weekend a month.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize the operating room.
• Assist surgeons during procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure all surgical instruments are ready.
• Handle surgical equipment, supplies, and specimens.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
