Day Shift Registered Nurse needed for Home Health Agency in Lexington, KY

Are you an experienced day shift Registered Nurse looking for their next assignment? Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications for a 13 week travel contract with a Home Health agency in Lexington, KY. Take care of patients one-on-one while spending time exploring this equestrian paradise and historic destination.

The selected Registered Nurse will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal Registered Nurse will have:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience
• Admissions / Case Management experience
• Current KY or compact Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS 24-48 hour turnaround
• Homecare Homebase experience
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance
