Day Shift RN Job Opportunity in Homecare - Norwalk, Connecticut

Are you a day shift RN that has experience in homecare? Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications for a 13 week contract available with a Home Health agency in Norwalk, Connecticut. The selected RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time Contract
• 30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

The ideal RN will have:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
• Admissions / Case Management experience
• Current Connecticut RN license
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS 24-48 hour turnaround
• Homecare Homebase experience
• Valid Driver s License and Insurance
