East Spanaway, WA - School LPN Job Opening (24/25 School Year)

Provide first aid, emergency care, and routine health services

Dispense medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects

Manage students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizures)

Develop and maintain Individual Health Plans (IHPs) in collaboration with families and healthcare providers

Maintain accurate, confidential health records in compliance with school and state regulations

Educate students and staff on health topics, hygiene, and disease prevention

Participate in emergency response protocols and school health initiatives

? Qualifications:

Required:

LPN license in the state of Washington

CPR/BLS certification

Graduate from an accredited LPN program

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred:

Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or community health

Knowledge of IEPs, 504 Plans, and Individual Health Plans (IHPs)

Previous experience in an educational or healthcare setting
