Elementary Nurse with Student Opening - Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix, AZ: Full time opening for a Nurse to provide support to a medically fragile student in kindergarten. This position is Monday through Friday during school/ transportation hours. Seeking an individual with a valid nursing license, either an LPN or RN. Duties of the nurse include but are not limited to:

• Trach Care
• Ventilator Care
• Suctioning
• Gastrostomy feedings
• Toileting
• Assisting student with daily activities as needed
• Ride transportation with student

School Nurse Job Qualifications:

• AZ state Nursing License (LPN or RN)
• Experience with feeding tubes, ventilators, trachs, suctioning
