Elementary School LPN or RN Job - Lakewood, WA

Seeking a nurse to provide support to a medically fragile student in elementary school and assist in the health room. Must hold an active Washington LPN or RN License. This position is full time working Monday through Friday during school hours at a district in the Lakewood, WA area. The student needs and health room duties include

• Tracheotomy care
• Ventilator care
• G-tube feedings
• Student is wheelchair bound
• Personal care for student
• May ride the bus to and from school with the student as needed.
• Assist school nurse in health screenings, medication administration, wound care, contacting parents, etc.

School Nurse Job Qualifications:

• WA RN or LPN License
• Experience with the disabilities listed - G-tubes, Tracheotomy, Ventilators
