Job Type: Contract School Nurse (LPN)

• Full Time: 32.5 hours/week
• 8:15 am - 2:45
• Start: ASAP - June 16th, 2023 
• Licensed Practical Nurse
• 1:1 with Elementary student  with medical needs
• Responsibilities will include: monitoring and proving medical care for seizure disorder, g-tube feedings/care, ADL's, toileting/changing, lifting (50lbs), medication administration, first aide, triage, etc. 
• More details of caseload and health care plan will be discussed on an interview with the Director of Pupil Services

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Previous school nursing or pediatric experience is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
