Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy emergency room setting in a top-rated healthcare facility while experiencing the vibrant city of Peoria, known for its arts, entertainment, and riverfront attractions.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience required
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
  • EMR experience required (EPIC experience preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

    Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a busy ER setting, handling cases involving trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and more
  • Collaborate with the emergency team, including doctors and technicians, to deliver comprehensive care
  • Accurately document patient information and treatment in the EMR system
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
  • Ensure a safe environment and uphold hospital standards and protocols
