Job Summary: As a School Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing essential healthcare services and support to students. Job Type: Full-time (30-32 hours/week), 1:1 with 3-year-old student
Location: Near Williamstown, NJ
Pay Range: $35+/hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities:

Provide direct healthcare services to student, including first aid, administering medications, and managing chronic health conditions.

Assess and respond to student's health concerns, injuries, and illnesses promptly, providing appropriate care and referrals as needed.

Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with specific medical needs, in collaboration with parents/guardians and healthcare providers.

Maintain accurate and confidential health records, including immunization records, health assessments, and documentation of healthcare services provided.

Educate students, parents, and staff on health-related topics, including preventive care, hygiene practices, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience working as a nurse in a school, pediatric, or related healthcare setting (experience in an educational setting preferred).

Strong clinical skills, including first aid, medication administration, and assessment of common childhood illnesses and injuries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff members.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
