Sunbelt Staffing, partnered with a leading nationwide Home Health Agency, is seeking dedicated Contract Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an exciting opportunity in Dublin, OH. If you're passionate about providing compassionate care in patients' homes, we want to hear from you.

Contract Details: 

  • Company: Sunbelt Staffing
  • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Location: Dublin, OH 
  • Position: Contract Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse 
  • Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
  • Compensation: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, Mileage Reimbursement

    Requirements:

  • Active Ohio LPN License
  • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase
  • Reliable transportation
  • Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer

    Job Duties:

  • Conducting patient assessments under the direction of a Registered Nurse
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Assisting with patient education on disease management and home care procedures
  • Documenting patient care accurately and maintaining up-to-date medical records
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care and continuity of services
