Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in Greenville, SC? Sunbelt Staffing, a leading nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is collaborating with a prestigious nationwide home health agency to fill a Contract Home Health RN position. This is a 13-week contract with the potential for extension, offering full-time hours, medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a negotiable rate based on territory and experience.

Position Details: 

  • Contract Type: 13-week contract, full-time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call
  • Location: Greenville, SC
  • Pay: Negotiable based on experience and territory, weekly pay, stipend pay packages available for travelers
  • Mileage: .38c visit to visit
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week 
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days, mileage reimbursement 

    Position Requirements: 

  • Active South Carolina (SC) Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience
  • Oasis Certified strongly preferred 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Joint Commission onboarding upon offer

    Position Duties: 

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Administer skilled nursing care and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
  • Accurately document all patient care activities in Oasis and Homecare Homebase
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care delivery
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing home health services.
