Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position with a reputable nationwide home health agency in Vancouver, WA. Job Details: 

  • Location: Vancouver, WA

  • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Duration: 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week 
  • Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days
  • Mileage: .38c visit to visit, 250+ miles expected per week 

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled

    Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior agency home health experience is essential
  • Software: Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required 
  • Licensure: Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross, Oasis Certified strongly preferred but not required 
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation

    Please Note: Due to this being a contract opportunity with no training provided,  one year of experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase are required.
