Full-Time LPN for School in Naperville, IL

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time LPN for a school in Naperville, IL. As a school LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to students, administering medication, and ensuring the health and safety of students.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the student's healthcare provider
• Assist with the management of chronic health conditions
• Monitor and assess student health
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized healthcare plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Contract Details:

• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Competitive hourly pay of $35
• Contracted through ProCare Therapy
