Full-Time LPN School Nurse

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN School Nurse to work full-time at a school in University Place, WA. As an LPN School Nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to students, including administering medication, providing first aid, and managing student health records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and support to students
• Administer medication and provide first aid
• Manage student health records
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in the development of individualized healthcare plans for students with special healthcare needs

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Washington
• Previous experience working as an LPN School Nurse preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
