Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician Opportunity in Connecticut.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work full-time in an elementary school health room near the Trumbull, Connecticut area. This full-time role involves working with students across a mixed caseload, providing behavioral and academic support tailored to their individual needs

Job Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.

Provide targeted support to students individually or in small groups.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to align behavioral strategies with classroom goals.

Monitor and record progress, ensuring interventions are effective and adjusted as needed.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification or the ability to obtain certification.

Experience in educational or behavioral therapy settings is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
