Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician Opportunity in Connecticut.

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work full-time in an elementary school health room near the Stratford, Connecticut area.This full-time role involves working with a diverse group of students across a mixed caseload, providing critical behavioral and academic support.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver behavior intervention services as outlined in individualized plans.

Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students’ academic and social-emotional development.

Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification or the ability to obtain certification promptly.

Prior experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or behavioral setting is a plus.

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
