Job Description: Blazerworks, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Liberty, MO. Responsibilities:

• Provide healthcare services and support to students, staff, and visitors within the school environment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and first aid as needed.
• Assess and address the health needs of students with chronic conditions or special healthcare requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs).
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and district health regulations.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics and promote a healthy school environment.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean healthcare facility within the school.
• Stay current with healthcare best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse school community.
