Registered Nurse (RN) Job Position in Virginia

Sunbelt Staffing is working closely with a school district near Poquoson, Virginia, to locate and hire a full-time Registered Nurse for this upcoming school year.

Job Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Virginia
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Prior experience with tracheostomy care and school nursing preferred.

    Job Details:

  • Provide nursing care as a floater across various K-12 schools within the district, addressing health needs as they arise.
  • Support a student with a tracheostomy on a 1:1 basis, ensuring all medical protocols are followed during the school day.
  • Administer medications, perform health assessments, and manage emergency situations for students.
