Blazerworks is excited to partner with a school district in Tigard, OR, to hire a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2024-2025 school year. Position: School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily nursing care to students, including medication administration and health monitoring.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Support students with chronic health conditions and disabilities to ensure their safety and well-being during school hours.

    Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric care is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
