Full-Time School LPN

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Full-Time School LPN to work in the Downers Grove, IL area. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35/hour and is contracted through ProCare Therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Assist with the development of care plans for students with special health needs
• Provide health education to students, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure students' health and well-being

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
