School Nurse (Full-Time) - Swanzey, NH

Position: School Nurse (Full-Time) Location: Swanzey, NH

Responsibilities:

• Provide health services to students, including first aid, administering medication, and managing health conditions.
• Conduct health screenings and assessments to ensure the well-being of students.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement health plans.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
