  • Monday-Friday
  • 35-40 hours/week
• Caseload:
  • High School Ages
  • General Health Office Duties
    • Medication admin, diabetic care, health screenings, etc.
  • Additional detail provided upon interview
• Contracted Position

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in CT
• Prior experience preferred
• Drug screen and background check required
