Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse for an exciting contract opportunity. If you're an experienced RN with a passion for home health, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks 
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; alternating weekends every 3-4 weeks based on staffing.
  • Weekend Rotation: Yes, every 3-4 weeks (schedule published in advance every quarter).
  • On Call: Yes, one week every 3-4 weeks (Friday 5pm – Friday 8am).

    Responsibilities:

  • Travel approximately 150-240 miles per week
  • Meet weekly productivity expectations of 30 points.
  • Utilize EMR systems including HCHB Pointcare for documentation.

    Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in home health (hospice experience not required).
  • Ability to relocate to the assigned territory.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage patient care across a large territory.
