ProCare Therapy, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Belchertown, MA. If you’re passionate about providing top-notch care and making a difference in students’ lives, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details:

  • Part-Time: 27 hours/week
  • Location: On-site
  • Hourly Rate: $23-32
  • Caseload: 1:1 with a 5th grade student

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care including administering medications and performing treatments under supervision.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of individualized care plans.
  • Perform routine procedures and offer education to students on self-care.
  • Keep accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Provide emotional support to students and their families.
  • Engage in quality improvement efforts and participate in continuing education.
  • Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

    Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
  • Proficient in nursing practices for various age groups.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
